Interview Information
My commitment to you: I will work hard to convince the powers that be in the RV industry to take care of you. I guarantee that if I publish our interview on my YouTube channel, you'll get the benefit of using my platform as a bullhorn. You'll be able to help your fellow RVers by sharing your experience plus any lessons learned and words of warning.
There is no charge for my services
I have expenses including some pricey software which allows me to locate the email addresses of RV company executives. I also put a lot of time and energy into each case. Please also respect my time by showing up for your interview (or cancelling in advance) and also providing photos and other documentation pertaining to your case. Thank you so much for your support and understanding!
Donations are welcomed and appreciated!
The Process
The Intake Form is designed to help you organize your case so I can review all the details more easily.
Preparation
You'll be given a link to upload photos, videos and any documentation you may have. If you have access to your RV, you'll be asked to provide photos and videos of the inside and out for illustrative purposes. You'll receive helpful instructions on how best to photograph your RV.
The Interview
You'll be asked to tell your story in a concise and compelling way. During the interview, you will ask for what it is you want (repairs, transportation to the factory, compensation, extended warranty, a buyback, etc.). Liz will guide you through the interview process making it as easy as possible to share your experience.
Getting Help
Liz will present your story via email to the top people at the dealer or manufacturer level. She will strongly encourage them to do what it is you are requesting. She will also send you a tipsheet so you can be prepared for a call from the dealer or manufacturer.
Although I have an excellent track record, I make no guarantees. Worse case, you get to use my platform as a bullhorn. You'll be able to help your fellow RVers by sharing your experience, plus any lessons learned and words of warning.
